Young rose wine variety Cencibel, comes from vineyards that are older than 50 years old with the characteristical features from this area. They are tannic wines, greasy, and they leave a long aroma in the nose, very fruity, cherry red colour, intense with cardinal colour edges. |

Ideal gastronomy- meats and mature cheeses.
Tasting note:
Clean. Bright. Cherry colour with cardinal colour edges.
It smells like red fruits such as raspberries, mature strawberries, and a touch of blackberries.
It tastes soft, fresh when going down, with a tannic structure full of aroma and greasy.
Its aftertaste is warm, and proud in the end.
