The structure of the Wine cellar built 50 years ago, has been modernized troughout the years, keeping its original style on the whole. It responds to the most modern methodologies and needs for the manufacturing and maturing of wine and the application of modern technology, that, added to the hand made cares of the process, garantees the quality of the wines.

The Wine Cellar has a surface of about 20.000 square metres and the storehouse capacity is of 23.000.000 litres, distributed in 262 earthen jars and 25  stainless-steel containers, this respond to big investments as far as equipment is concerned: 33 tanks, 6 for fermentation also stainless- steel etc.... For the elaboration in its old and renewed Cellar, it counts with the technology that include its presses, static draining boards and the cooling equipment and in the very near future a new hall for fermentation and ripening in French and American oak barriques.
