There are various essential factors for tasting wine properly that have to be considered, in order not to affect the job done by the experts.

The tasting therefore shouldn?t be done in any place. Because of that we cannot neglect any of the elements that take place in the art of tasting wine.
If we want to do a tasting of different wines and to be sure that the judgements given are the right ones, it?s necessary to do it in the right place.

The place has to be very well illuminated. The illumination must be uniform and adjustable. It?s not important that the light is artifitial, but if it is, it should have incandescent lamps without recognisable odours. It should be similar to daylight in any case.
No noises at all.
The walls must be clear and clean.
The place should be very well ventilated all the time, without odours, a temperature of about 20 to 22º C. and a humidity of about 60 to 70.
