La Mancha with the many hectares of vineyards that cover its fields is the  biggest wine cultivated area in the world.
It?s the natural region, with the biggest extension in Spain, occupying a surface of 30.700 Km2, what means half of the four provinces that belong to it.
The Rules that the D. O. La Mancha includes a total of 182 municipal towns: 12 in Albacete province, 58 in Ciudad Real, 66 in Cuenca, and 46 in Toledo.
It gathers 22.000 farmers and more than 300 Wineries, this means one of the most important economical engine in the area. From all these firms, 200     commercialize bottled wine and 80 of them sell abroad. More than a 100 that have the D. O. La Mancha, dedicate themselves to Crianza Wines.

Our region counts with a great wine tradition that added to the conjunction of its natuural different characteristics, will result in an excellent kind of grape that becomes a wonderful wine with very peculiar nuances, it could be said that La Mancha is the ideal region to cultivate wine, obtainning extrordinary quality fruits, ripening and health.

The wines from La Mancha, nowadays, are to be found among the most exquisit and prestigious in the world.
