There is a special geographical region in Cuenca and in Toledo where wines with characteristical and special quality are elaborated., easy to distinguish from other wines because of their organoleptic characteristics, the agreable sensations that awake in the most exquisit palates, the soft, complex and persistent aftertaste that remains in the sensorial memory of any Winetaster.

We are talking about the production region of Uclés, represented by eight Wineries convinced of the qualitative potential of their wines and decided to obtain the well deserved mention of D.O. At the moment, such wineries are grouped together under the name of “Viticulture Association of Uclés”.
